Hi Josh, I spent a little time thinking about how to do the "pitz "
approach and still support per-command options and arguments. I
didn't see how to do it really elegantly, so I moved on.

Later I'll study argparse or some other solutions and add it back in.

IMHO, it would be nicer to use if it was "pitz <command>". Even git has finally dropped the hundred git-* commands approach.
